Dundee Slab Cake 350g

This famous Scottish cake has a lighter, more crumbly texture than other fruit cakes. Walkers Dundee Cake is baked with sultanas, crystalised orange peel and sugar, and is topped with crunchy almond slices.

Ingredients: Sultanas (50%), wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), free range whole egg, butter (milk), sugar, crystallised orange peel (2%) (orange peel, glucose fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), humectant: vegetable glycerine; rapeseed oil, almonds (2%), invert sugar syrup, orange oil, preservatives: E202, E282; barley malt extract.
