Pinkster - Gin Jam 340g
Three cheers for the tasty, natural by-product which uses gin-soaked raspberries left over from making Pinkster.
This mildly alcoholic jam is ideal for putting the tipple in your teatime or for something slightly stronger, such as our Gin ‘n’ Jam cocktail.
The bulk of raspberries used in producing Pinkster are recycled as Boozy Berries. The raspberries that don’t make the cut, because they’re rather too mashed, are now being used for Gin Jam. Minimal wastage and all rather sustainable.
Ingredients:sugar, raspberries (50%), alcohol (5%). Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g, total sugar content 60g per 100g.
